php form info doesnt work on root level

Hello All

I have a simple jQuery form - the probelm is that it works fine if I have the BIN(containing the process.php,phpmailer.php files)?folder within another folder - say the contact folder. But when I try to use the form on the homepage I dont get the information. I am not sure how to point the index file to the bin folder. It seems automatic if it is contained within another folder
